Ajanta Arts was started in 1992 by proprietor Santosh Talekar in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the city formerly known as Aurangabad. The workshop is at N-5, J-54, Vijayshree Colony, CIDCO.
The work has always been local and practical: signage for a shop, stationery for an office, stickers for a product, a banner for a weekend. The city changed its name. The press kept the same standard.
How a job moves through the workshop
You bring the requirement — a file, a sketch, or a description. We confirm size, quantity, material, and where the piece will be used. If the artwork needs a small correction, we say so before printing.
Proofing comes next. Then the run: large-format, offset, screen, or digital, with cutting, lamination, or mounting when the job needs it. You collect it from the press, or we agree how it should travel.
What the team holds itself to
Customer satisfaction is the measure that matters at the end of the day. That means understanding the requirement, printing to a high standard, and pricing the work so it stays competitive.
The same people who take the brief stay close to the job. If something is unclear, we ask. If a finish will not survive the use you described, we recommend another. The aim is a piece you are glad to hand to your own customer.
